Bridget + Mark 9.30.17

Gotta say, I love Cleveland now! It was such an honor to spend my weekend with the Johnson and Gareau families as they all gathered to celebrate Bridget and Mark as they tied the knot. The family, wedding party, even the weather was perfect and they all know how to dance and keep a party going. Thank you so so much Bridget and Mark for having Jade and I capture your wedding day and share in your love for each other.

When Bridget and Mark first met, things didn't go as planned and Mark had to be persistent to woo Bridget. The hilarious bit was that Bridget had Mark's name down wrong in her phone so when he called she didn't know who he was! I think it was their love of Cleveland and the Indians that brought them together and helped Mark a little ;) Mark proposed outside of Progressive Field on their way to a game and I just loved seeing those pics!!

The wedding took place at Saint Christopher and Bridget was glowing as her father walked her down the aisle. After the vows, all friends and family gathered outside on the church steps for the best church exit ever! Everyone cheered and bubbles surrounded the happy couple. From the church, we all traveled via party bus to several awesome locations and Jade and I were able to see more of Cleveland. We stopped at University Circle and wandered the grounds of the beautiful Cleveland Museum of Art, had the best photo opt in front of the Cleveland sign that over looks the city, and made our way to the ever popular neighborhood pub Hotz for some beer and laughs. At the reception, all guests were able to greet the bride and groom at the receiving line and enjoy a special home brew. Once the guests entered, there was a massive "Youngstown" cookie display that was so tempting; the history of this tradition is so heartwarming and memorable. The party continued with the live band as dinner was served and then the dancing commenced. The BIG surprise was the performance by Mark's band that just brought down the house. By far, this wedding had the most devoted dancers that made this party last.

Bridget and Mark, we loved seeing you in your hometown and being a part of this joyful event! It was so much fun and such great memories for you all on your wedding day.
